This programme, called the "Job Shadowing Mentorship Scheme 2022" is jointly organized by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and social service organizations. It provides Hong Kong youth with the opportunity to observe workplaces during the summer holidays under the guidance of mentors. Through this program, they can gain insights into the working world of adults, which greatly helps them in planning their future and setting career goals.

Tien Sung Group Managing Director, REX HO, personally introduced the garment industry to the students, including its prospects, operations, company structure, and the industry's social value and significance. He also shared his own career journey, struggles, and various experiences of hardships and joys.
