Corporate trainers play an essential role in nurturing and developing talent within the company. To establish a professional team of TSG trainers, TSG senior management formed a tutor group to train TSG trainers. During this process, inherit the TSG culture and impart skills and experience.

In July 2023, the one-year training program TTT (Train The Trainer) had its closing event. Fourteen confident trainers who participated in a one-year training program stand on stage to showcase their learning outcomes. The trainers' optimization project received warm applause, signifying recognition and praise for their study. We believe they will be the backbone of cultivating TSG talents.
