SUCCESS CAMP

“SUCCESS CAMP” has two meanings. The first is the transfer of TSG knowledge, culture, experience and skills. The second symbolizes how TSG Seeds, after 16 months of cultivation, blossom and bear fruit. TSG Tutors, Trainers and Seeds from all regions gathered in Shenzhen. Together, they ignited a passion for an extraordinary journey.

Graduation Wall
A 4-meter-high wall, no tools, no shortcuts—only mutual support and reliance!
Team members at the base willingly became the foundation, bearing the weight on their shoulders. Those above clasped hands tightly, conveying trust. Everyone strictly adhered to the rules, overcoming the challenge together.
When the last person reached the top, all the sweat turned into awe and emotion. That is the power of teamwork!

Drawing a Blueprint Together
We have different roles, but share the same goal and vision.
Four groups picked up brushes and paints to depict the TSG ship.
From independent creation to seamless splicing, every exchange deepened our tacit understanding.
In the end, a vast blueprint emerged, embodying the collective wisdom of everyone: “ CONQUER & RIDE ON CHALLENGES”.
