TSG Joins the Job Shadowing Mentorship Scheme for the Fifth Consecutive Year

Work is more than a way to make a living — it is a long-term way of living and growing. This year, our Managing Director Rex Ho welcomed two students to:

• Explore the strategic role of sportswear products in the market and how they support brand positioning and consumer needs
• Walk through the "fibre to garment" journey — from materials and functional fabrics to cutting, sewing, and quality control on the production floor
• Share real stories about leadership, teamwork, and career choices in the sportswear manufacturing industry

We hope this job shadowing experience gives them a first, authentic look at the world of work — and inspires them to explore their own path with curiosity and confidence.
