Corporate trainers play an essential role in nurturing and developing talent within the company. To establish a professional team of TSG trainers, TSG senior management formed a tutor group to train TSG trainers. During this process, inherit the TSG culture and impart skills and experience. In July 2023, the one-year training program TTT (Train The Trainer) had its closing event. Fourteen confident trainers who participated in a one-year training program stand on stage to showcase their learning outcomes.
