Building Stronger Supply Chains Through Football

𝗧𝗦𝗚 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗮, 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗨𝗠𝗔’𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗨𝗠𝗔’𝘀 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝟭 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀.

This was 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. It was an opportunity for factory teams and the PUMA team to step out of the meeting room, onto the pitch, and build the kind of relationships that cannot be captured in an email:

⚽ 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 that strengthen the entire supply chain
🤝 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 that reminds us that we rise by lifting one another
💪 𝗔𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, connect with colleagues, and build genuine team spirit

We talk a lot in manufacturing about 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱, 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆. But these outcomes begin with people — 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. Football brings all of that to life on the pitch.
