“TO EMPOWER AND CREATE TALENTS ON VALUE”is TSG’s mission. As members of TSG, we are steadfast in fulfilling this mission, continuously advancing our talent development initiatives.

In October 2023, the “TSG Seed Program” was launched, bringing together 26 young talents from TSG Hong Kong, TSG Yunpu, and TSG Cambodia. Through the internet, they connected and strengthened their bonds, embarking on 15 months of dedicated learning and self-improvement.

We hope that throughout this journey, they will inherit TSG’s culture, knowledge, experience, and skills — making the spirit of TSG tangible and vividly present in their everyday work and lives.
