This programme, called the "Job Shadowing Mentorship Scheme 2022" is jointly organized by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and social service organizations. It provides Hong Kong youth with the opportunity to observe workplaces during the summer holidays under the guidance of mentors. Through this program, they can gain insights into the working world of adults, which greatly helps them in planning their future and setting career goals. Tien Sung Group Managing Director, REX HO, personally introduced the garment industry to the students, including its prospects, operations, company structure, and the industry's social value and significance. He also shared his own career journey, struggles, and various experiences of hardships and joys.  

Established in 1967, Tien Sung Group has been with TSG staff for more than half a century. Entering July 2022, it is a joyful day of TSG 55th anniversary.  To celebrate this special day, we held a simple and solemn cake cutting ceremony in Hongkong office. And  a 55th anniversary  video shooting activities in Headquater to show our intelligence, craftsmanship and synergy. In the past 55 years, we have gone through trials and hardships. In the future, we will continue to move forward side by side and welcome a new chapter together.  

Tien Sung Group is honored with the "2021 Business Strategy Award" from Hong Kong Apparel Society Ltd.  Our entire group is encouraged for being recognized by the industry.  Though apparel manufacturing industry is often described as a "sunset industry", we truly believe if we develop our business and our industry with the innovation spirit, we could always be a "sunrise industry".  

The ocean is at risk today.  Ocean conservation is a responsibility shared by all.  In order to encourage TSG people to learn more about the ocean and make all of us aware of this issue, we raised to join "RUN for the Oceans 2019" on 12th June at our Yupun Industrial factory.  Let's change the way we live to save the oceans.  

Town Hall Meeting firstly introduced and held by our Managing Director, Rex Ho, at Yunpu Production site.  It is to encourage our valueable staff to feel connected to our Vision, Mission and Core Value, which confirms our strategy for short-term business goals and puts us on a path for the long term success.  Only when we pursue to share and promote our roadmap, we can dream big and motivate everyone in the Group to strive for our goal.  

Pui Kiu Middle School's People-to-People Connectivity Project: "New Pathway for Hong Kong Youth" – "Belt and Road" Vietnam and Cambodia Study Tour From February 1 to February 6, the principal, teachers, and students conducted a study visit at Tien Sung Garment (Cambodia) Co. Limited in Cambodia.  

Tien Sung Group received the "Outstanding Import & Export Enterprise Awards - Innovation Excellence Award" organized by The Hong Kong Chinese Importers' & Exporters' Association.  We would continue to offer professional advices and innovative concepts to customers.  Our ultimate goal is to be an "Apparel Technology Service Provider".  

For half a century, the flame of dedication has been passed down through generations, celebrating TSG remarkable fifty-year journey. To mark this significant milestone, we held a solemn yet joyful 50th anniversary cake-cut ceremony-paying tribute to the years of dedication and progress, and honoring the companions who have walked this path with us. The sweetness of this moment is shared with every member of the TSG Family, for this glory belongs to all of us. As we embark on a new chapter, striving together for even greater achievements.  

Annual Managers Meeting is a regular communication channel through which all level of managers are engaged with the Management.  During the meetings, managers are encouraged to open up and share opinions to the Management so as to keep them sharp and new ideas flowing to grow the business.
