For us, this brings both challenges and opportunities. Ms. Kate Yuen, our Business and Merchandise Director, recently travelled to Vietnam for a market visit. There, she witnessed the vibrant energy of the Southeast Asian market and gained valuable insights into Vietnam’s textile manufacturers. This knowledge greatly supports our efforts to integrate suppliers and optimize our supply chain. During the National Day celebrations, the Hong Kong Garment Industry General Chamber hosted a grand evening gala to mark the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Chamber’s 60th anniversary, and the 31st inauguration ceremony. The 2024 Paris Olympics brought together 10,500 athletes from around the globe for 17 days of thrilling competition, showcasing a spectacular celebration of sports. As members of TSG, we are immensely proud that six Olympic champions wore performance apparel crafted by TSG (PUMA) as they realized their dreams. Their victories continue to inspire us to pursue excellence and innovation, driving us to enhance the quality of our garments and strive to be an outstanding, reputable supplier of athletic wear.

In October 2023, the “TSG Seed Program” was launched, bringing together 26 young talents from TSG Hong Kong, TSG Yunpu, and TSG Cambodia. Through the internet, they connected and strengthened their bonds, embarking on 15 months of dedicated learning and self-improvement. We hope that throughout this journey, they will inherit TSG’s culture, knowledge, experience, and skills — making the spirit of TSG tangible and vividly present in their everyday work and lives.  

The Enneagram, with a long and rich history, posits that human personality can be classified into nine major types.  People sharing the same type tend to exhibit similar body language, habits, preferences, and lifestyle patterns.  In the workplace, if colleagues have a deep understanding of themselves and others, they can anticipate others' reactions and effectively communicate by focusing on key points. Consequently, the company arranged for experienced trainer to hold a workshop, delving into the Enneagram theory. Through extensive case studies and interactive sessions, the aim was to help everyone gain a better understanding of how to apply the Enneagram theory, enhance their own and their team's communication and collaboration skills, unleash individual potentials, and achieve better work outcomes.

Corporate trainers play an essential role in nurturing and developing talent within the company. To establish a professional team of TSG trainers, TSG senior management formed a tutor group to train TSG trainers. During this process, inherit the TSG culture and impart skills and experience. In July 2023, the one-year training program TTT (Train The Trainer) had its closing event. Fourteen confident trainers who participated in a one-year training program stand on stage to showcase their learning outcomes. The trainers' optimization project received warm applause, signifying recognition and praise for their study. We believe they will be the backbone of cultivating TSG talents.  

Tien Sung Group Limited (TSG) has successfully completed the merger and acquisition process with Sin Joo Bo International Limited (SJB VN) in April 2023. We are now one big TSG Family.This marks a New Era for TSG and we will continue to strive towards our vision of “Be a Prominent Sportswear Provider” in the industry together.  

2023 marks the 11th Spring Dinner for TSG PP Family. From TSG Group establishing a production base in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, we now operate 25 sewing lines with 1200 employees.
